These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of frontieralabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Frontiera. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Scope
These Terms cover use of the Site only — browsing, submitting the contact form, and subscribing to the newsletter. They do not govern paid consulting or implementation engagements with Frontiera, which are subject to a separate signed agreement that takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access non-public areas or systems, scrape or harvest data at scale without our written permission, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the Frontiera name and marks, and the underlying code — is owned by Frontiera or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
4. Case studies and client references
Case studies and client names published on the Site are shared with the relevant client's permission. Figures presented are sourced from client-reported results at the time of publication and are illustrative of past engagements, not a guarantee of results for any future engagement.
5. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontiera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (including our social media profiles). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise for that engagement.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
