Inspection teams were receiving heterogeneous photovoltaic reports: PDFs, embedded images, handwritten notes, and inconsistent templates. Triage was manual, slow, and hard to audit.

The system reads PDF reports and images, identifies relevant information and flags data needing review. The team receives organised cases with references to the original document.

Results
Reports become an organised queue with summaries, extracted information and cases assigned for review.
